Walking in Wrinkles

within the 16th edition of the Biennale d'art contemporain de Lyon

" What you are asking me to do is to summarize a hundred years in one movement" - Georges Macbriar

Omar Rajeh and Mia Habis dive into a journey with George Macbriar who has turned 100 years old in February 2022.

A delicate work informed by their choreographic practice and philosophy of the body as a continuous confirmation of presence and as a mass recomposing itself. A visual journey into meaning, time, fragility, and the force of being.
